I joined Chilly’s as the sole creative, responsible for shaping and delivering the brand across every touchpoint. As the business grew, I built and led a small team of in house and freelance creatives, creating a more structured and ambitious creative function around the brand.
I started just before the pandemic, which meant quickly adapting to remote creative leadership, from art directing shoots from my home office to managing production and campaign delivery across a fully distributed team. It was a crash course in trust, decisiveness and learning how to keep creative momentum going under pressure.
My role covered everything from campaign concepts and graphic design across print and digital, to product pattern design, packaging, animation and wider brand storytelling. If it was creative, it usually came through me.
The work shown here reflects that range, bringing together a variety of projects rather than one single campaign.
